Restaurant & Bar
- Access only for tested, vaccinated or covid recovered guests
- All guests must wear an FFP-2 mask if not on their assigned seat
- A distance of 1 meters is guaranteed between the tables
- A maximum of 3 parties may be present at the breakfast buffet at the same time
- The dinner is offered in staggered seatings upon reservation
- Drinks are served at the table, sitting at the bar is not possible
- Indoor - max. 10 adults plus children per table
- Outdoor - max. 16 adults plus children per table
- External guests must register in advance
- External guests must present a negative Covid-19 test certificate
- All employees adhere to the hygiene standards and are constantly trained

enter Austria / Arrival
- A negative Covid-19 test certificate must be presented to enter Austria
- An Antigen test certificate must not be older than 48 hours
- A PCR test must not be older than 72 hours
- A negative Covid-19 test certificate must be presented upon check-in at the hotel
- To enter Austria you have to register with Pre-Travel-Clearance in advance
Corona Testing during your stay
- All guests must be tested every 2nd day under the supervision of a responsible person in the hotel or at an official test station
- Vaccinated persons are exempt from the test, from the first vaccination and after the 22nd day (proof of vaccination must be presented)
- Those who have recovered are exempt from the test, 6 months after recovery (presentation of a confirmed recovery)
- Guests are exempt from testing if they present their "Green Pass" (information will follow)
Hotel

- The REGINA Hotel is a member of "Safe Gastein"
- All public areas (lobby, bar & restaurant, fireplace room, cinema, spa, elevator, etc.) are cleaned, disinfected and ventilated several times a day
- The rooms are disinfected before each check-in.
- All guests are required to wear an FFP-2 mask in the public areas.
- Guests and employees must keep a minimum distance of at least 2 meters.
- FFP-2 masks are available on request.
- Hand sanitizer is available throughout the hotel.
- Organic disinfectant spray from the "St. Charles Apotheke ”is available for purchase
- There is currently a curfew for the public areas of the hotel from 10:00 p.m.
Team
- The team is tested for Covid-19 several times a week
- Daily temperature measurement
- A Covid-19 representative of the team is always informed about the latest developments and gives the team training
- The team is always trained according to the latest hygiene standards and is continuously informed about new processes and measures.
- All employees wear an FFP-2 mask
